"Flatware, silverplated. Two dinner size knives and matching forks. Forks: Leaf and floral pattern. Each fork is engraved with a the letter B in script and the name of the restaurant, ""Elite"" down the handle. Knives of same pattern . Signed".

"From the Elite Cafe, Nicholas L. Ballich, prop. located at 2211 Market Street in Galveston. The Eilite cafe opened October 25, 1900 and remained in its original location until 1938 when it moved to 3502 Seawall. It was sold in 1950. Nicholass L. Ballach died in 1946 July 2013 Treasure of the Month".
